The film shows Seka, Sixtoo's graffiti alias removing electrical entry point plates from various properties and street lamps in Halifax, Nova Scotia 2001. Then taking them back to his studio to paint graffiti based art with them. Then at nightfall he screws the plates back in place, then photograph's them for his records. In addition to the film there are stills of more of Sixtoo's art and project information.
